All Gramco employees recognize the importance of personal information protection, and Gramco has established a system to ensure the appropriate protection of personal information.

Gramco formulates regulations with regard to acquisition/use/provision, etc., of personal information by Gramco staff and manages personal information properly based on the regulations.

Gramco implements safety control measures, including information security countermeasures, to secure the accuracy and safety of personal information, and makes every effort to prevent unauthorized access to personal information as well as loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information.

When requested by the person in question to disclose his/her information; to correct, add to, delete or erase its contents; or to halt its provision of to third parties, Gramco responds to the request in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Gramco complies with laws concerning personal information protection and related government and ministerial ordinances and other guidelines in its management of personal information.

■6. Concerning Purposes of Use

Gramco employs such personal information concerning its clients as their names and addresses (including information concerning transactions between Gramco and the client and Gramco's designated distribution companies, hereinafter referred to as “personal information”) for the purposes presented below. Gramco never employs clients’ personal information for purposes other than those described below without receiving prior permission from the client in question.

• Announcement of the products/services, etc., handled by Gramco and of various events/campaigns by means of printed advertising materials, telephone, e-mail messages, etc.
• Conduct of questionnaire surveys for purposes of product development, examination of measures to improve customer satisfaction, etc.
• Provision of clients’ personal information in writing or by electronic medium to the third parties listed below. Gramco discontinues provision to third parties, however, at the request ot the client in question.

If different purposes of use are announced on this Website, in writing, etc., or if Gramco clearly specifies a certain purpose of use to a client at the time of acquiring personal information, those purposes of use will be given priority.

■7. Concerning Personal Information Disclosure, Corrections, etc.

Gramco responds appropriately when it receives requests from the client concerned for disclosure, correction, etc., of the client's personal information in Gramco's possession based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
